Xbox 360 Problem?

Ok so I will try to make this short. One day I was playing Call of Duty4 and all of a sudden black dots started appearing on my screen. I thought it was just the paper I was playing on (Pipeline), so I exited out and went to the lobby, and the black dots dissapeared. I then joined a game on a new map (Countdown), and they still appeared. I then reset my console, removing the disc. When I turned it on, the screen said console error, contact support. I didnt get the three rings of death, only one red ring is there?
