Is my mini rose bush dead? purchased a few weeks ago and now it is wilted, have pruned and transplanted it?

It sounds like it is in shock. It is a wait and see situation now. Do not fertilize it. Just keep it watered when needed. It also needs sun-4 to 6 hours per day.
