What does "t" mean?

Whenever I take my bunny out of her hutch to give her a cuddle, she is fine and snuggles into me or licks me but as soon as I put her back in her hutch she stamps her foot quite fiercely. Does this mean she didn't want to be held or does this mean she didn't want to put back in her cage? Gosh she confuses me.
