Please help me how can i lose weight this year ! Help me please x?

first of all-dont diet. drink lots of water before every meal. dont have anything thaats junk. i mean "anything". exercise. you neednt go to the gym. walk every morning for 1 hr. thats all. seems "verryy" simple. but you try and you'll understand. it really works. good luck!
