Need help with hud,please read......serious answers only please.?

I live in Oh. I started renting a hud home in Dec. Last week while my son was sleeping,his roof fell in on him. Thankfully he wasnt injured too bad just a few bumps and bruises. However, his room and all his things were left covered in about 3 ft of insulation,drywall,and duct work. My son is 16 and autistic. His ps3 ,laptop,tv,cpu,bed,clothes,everything was covered in insallation and debris and ruined. When I called the landlord ,she said stuff happens and said she would send her guy out to look. Long story short ,the house isnt safe to live in we have to move two doors down . We start moving and now this new house is flea and ant ridden ,and the tennants before us left dead fish throughout the house so now it smells like something dead. We got pics of the new house and all damages to old house and our things. The problem is .....this new house isnt fit to live in,its nasty and the landlord isnt offering to pay for anything! She didnt even ask if we were ok. She just came out said the house I was moving into is a 4 bedroom so she would get with me to let me know th new rent cost. Now my autistic son is afraid to sleep and is driving me nuts cuz all his things are ruined. It is also only three weeks til school starts so the cash I was saving for school clothes is now being spent on moving and she is not offering to help pay anything. Now I find out her brother owns the insurance company.I also havent heard one word from HUD. Everyone who has looked at the home says it was due to improper structure. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?Please help
