Need help with crochet pattern!!? please?

Okay i have seen crochet hats they were made using the (FPdc) front post double crochet, and (BPdc) Back post double crochet, and they have a cool spiral effect its really cool an i was wondering if anybody knew the pattern or a link or it please. Thank you!
