Is this normal for a middle aged woman ,?

She watches the same war movie repeatedly sometimes two or more times daily and we have a extensive collection of D.V.D. movies for her to choose from. Some family member is always buying her more and different ones but she seldom opens the package they come in. Other than this peculiarity she seems quiet normal but I am worried about her mental health.
