Christians, how can atheists not believe in the Bible when countless Bible preditctions have come true?

How do you know what your god chooses to do? Perhaps there are no dates because if you make a broad enough prediction and give it an unlimited time frame in which to happen, you've got a fair chance of being close enough to being correct for people to interpret that you are.
