What to get my amazing brother for Christmas?

ok so I need to get my brother a Christmas gift I so far have made a quilt and bought him a book that he really wants... but I want to get him something SUPER special because he has always been there for me. Like it was the day before mothers day and no one would take me shopping for a mothers day gift so (even though he had a ton of work) he took me shopping even though he hates it and he was happy and helped me pick out the best gift! and we have special nick names and every thing. he even bought me a game so I could play with him and his friends! so I really want to make it special...any ideas will help. thanks!
