Teens & Preteens only! What is the best young adult book?

I was never a reader... every now & then I picked up a book for pleasure but recently I've been reading a lot of Mary Higgins Clark books. I read three of her books in four days. I couldn't put them down. I reccomend "Two Little Girls In Blue", "Loves Music, Loves To Dance", and "Daddy's Little Girl".
